We put great value on living as we are, and on experiencing our true and authentic lives. We want to be awake, to practice being awake, so that we can actually be present in the moments of our lives, whether those moments are difficult or joyous.

Our mission is to make the joyous teachings of the Buddha accessible for all who aspire to receive them.

Our Sunday afternoon weekly meetings follow a regular format every month as follows.
