The fourth Zen practice for living in wonder — Question.

This month we will learn to penetrate beyond our usual thinking and analyzing, and use personal koan or question to gently press into what gets in the way of what we want in life.

What do you feel is missing in your life?
What do you wish or long for to increase your everyday contentment?

We will examine the Zen question and how a personal question can be used to get to the bottom of what seems missing or what we long for.
